Raven WCW Upside

Am I the only one that thought Raven had a much higher upside in WCW?

He was featured on WCW/nWo Revenge artwork, feuds with DDP/Benoit/Goldberg shot all of those three up the card with all willing WCW titles within two years.

Instead flock was broken up, had an interesting but unleveraged series of vignettes as a spoiled rich kid that went bad, then off to tag team purgatory with various ex-flock members and then Dead Pool and released to ECW.

Dropping the dead weight of most of the flock was good, but where should he have gone after Goldberg’s US title victory?
