Biggest Workrate Turnaround

Hey Scott,
In your opinion, since you have been watching, who has had the biggest positive and negative workrate turnaround that you can remember?
Positive: Sting. The difference from his UWF stuff in 86 to his NWA run by 88 was like a totally different person.
Negative: Road Warrior Animal. Just so sad by 2000.
