That’s it, he’s dead: refs edition

As a sequel to my original email about devastating-looking moves, I'd like to open it up to asking what everyone's favorite examples of ref bumps that made you go “he's dead.” We'll obviously exclude the Big Show/Kane match from King of the Ring 99 where the
ref was out cold for an eternity and a half. My go-to example is the SNME match between Hogan and Bundy where the ref got sandwiched between them during attempted charge. He was obviously just a quivering pile of goo after that, to the point that maybe a
follow-up segment should have been the poor guy's funeral service, just to maintain kayfabe.
Reminds me of the stupid Tim White vignettes where he was trying to kill himself and hilarity ensued.
