What if Vince picks Sting instead of the Warrior to get the big main event push? Does Sting get as over as Warrior when he beat Hogan at 6? It is obvious that Vince could count on Sting’s professionalism. Does this mean he has way more staying power as a draw than Warrior or even Hogan? What happens to Warrior if he goes to Crocket and has matches with Flair? Is he Luger 2.0?
Sting could definitely get over in the WWF but I don’t think there would have been anyone there on the level of a Flair who gets him to the place he needs to be as a top guy.
Warrior would last 2 months before Dusty had an aneurysm and fired him.
