I've been falling down the rabbit hole with the Legal Eagle on YouTube and this kind of stupid copyright trolling is exactly the thing he hates. Flair's got no case here. You could possibly trademark "To be the man you've got to beat the man" and I bet WWE already has, but trying to lay claim to "The Man"? Come on. You're just wasting time and money of everyone.
