Four Horsewomen Being Set Up To Fail?

So we finally get the Four Horsewomen in a tag team match for the first time ever, not on a pay per view but on Raw. And not just any Raw, but the Raw that goes head-to-head against the season opening Monday Night Football games.

Is this WWE trying to maintain its ratings into football season, or giving them a scapegoat when the viewership tanks as it inevitably will?
They’ve been trying to make Charlotte into a main event mainstream star for years, they’re not scapegoating her for ANYTHING.
