Daniel Bryan=Mastermind?

Do you think this whole thing with Rowan being the person behind Roman Reigns murder attempts to be just a chapter in the story, and it will ultimately be revealed that Daniel Bryan was the mastermind behind it all? It will be explained Rowan attacking Daniel Bryan was Bryan willing to take a beating to throw off suspicion for his cause, sort of like Bully Ray did with Aces and Eights. After all, Bryan never did announce his career changing proclamation, or whatever the hell it was supposed to be. This could be it.
I cannot express how much I don't care who actually killed Roman, and I just want to state it again for the record.
