One Title Wonder

Hey Scott,
There have been endless arguments of best wrestler to never win a world title. How about best to only win one world title like Ultimate Warrior, Andre the Giant, Billy Graham, Sgt Slaughter, Pedro Morales, Miz, Ricky Steamboat, etc.? Which guy should have gotten another run with the world title?
Superstar Billy Graham, baby. The more WWE Network I watch the more I'm saddened that he never got to live up to the potential money he could have drawn as champion for years to come. Not to mention Hulk Hogan and Scott Steiner ripped off his entire act and made more money off it than he did.
