So the People’s Elbow is fair game to bring back, right?

Hi Scott,

Given your recent comment that the Stunner is now fair game for someone to use (KO) given how long it's been since Austin has been retired, that means you have no problem with the People's Elbow being appropriated now, right?

The elbow is more of a taunt. So it doesn't count.
