WWE Dr. that sued Punk/Cabana

Do you happen to know if that Doctor that sued C.M. Punk and Colt Cabana is still working for the WWE once it came out in court that he was sleeping with Jillian Hall while she was with the company? The last I heard he was, but I thought they may have canned him after the trial aftermath died down.
I'm not privy to the business relationship between WWE and their doctors, sorry. It's covered by doctor-corporation privilege.
