Better with the belt?

There are guys who just look better with the belt. I’m watching NXT, and Adam Cole just makes sense wearing a belt. Flair was like that too – they say they’re the best and the belt proves it. It’s like a punctuation mark on the character.
Conversely, are there guys where seeing them hold the belt just looks off. Undertaker with the world championship. Kane, too. Like, your character doesn’t need this, why do you have it?
Who are your top picks for each category? Best with the belt, worst with the belt?
Randy Savage was a man who looked naked without a championship around his waist at all times.
Worst is tough because it's hard to look bad with a belt. Big Show never seemed comfortable with whatever title he held, though, so I'll go with him.
