So who had the worst first "big" title win?
Sarge in the midst of the Gulf War as WWF absorbed shots from all angles and basically had SNME killed in the crossfire.
Luger. Flair Boycott. Heel turn. Inexplicable piledriver.
Shawn as all the fans who were only there to see Warrior ran for the exits.
Scott Steiner / Larry Z as the "only one left in a dying promotion" saving throw.
John Morrison, only won the ECW title because the guy who was supposed to win it missed the previous PPV for some reason.
Braun (presumably) in the midst of a propaganda show, during a PR disaster that was only pushed off the page because of three alt-right terrorist attacks in three days, and is only winning it because the champions potentially fatal disease came back from remission.
Gonna have to go with Luger there, boss. Tanked the entire promotion and set the tone for his entire career of failure.
