What should the main event of Starrcade 1990

Take out the Black Scorpion angle out for a minute. Other than doing Sting vs Flair again (Maybe in a cage that would have worked as the ME), who else could have headlined Starrcade 90 in a WCW Title match vs Sting?
Could they have done a rematch from Halloween Havoc with Sid?
Did anyone else in the company have the star power to be in that spot?
Based on the nature of the “finish” at Havoc, I’m pretty sure that Sid vs Sting was exactly where they were going with it.
