Whose Idea was it to Name it after Moolah?

Curious if you have any inside info on how this decision came about…

Who thought of this idea to name the battle royale after Moolah?

And is that person getting fired?

Or was it Vince/Stephanie? Was anyone opposed to the idea? This just seems like a fascinating issue.

I really don't find it any more fascinating than any of the other tone-deaf stuff that they've tried, like making Warrior into a humanitarian saint or Jimmy Snuka into an inspirational hero. It's just that this time someone called them out on their shit and they had to backpedal. Keep in mind that the backlash started after Monday night, but they still put the video package on Smackdown anyway.
