Tape Libraries

Scott,

It seems like it's been a while since WWE acquired new tape libraries. There were rumors of the Puerto Rico Library being bought when Carlos Colon was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014 but I don't recall any follow up or offical announcement. Did this fall through? Are there any other rumors about the WWE being attached to any other new libraries? What major libraries are left?

I think Memphis is the last major one where the library is physically out there but they just can't get it for a variety of reasons. Really, everything else is just a matter of money (TNA, ROH) or the tapes actually having disappeared completely.
