Dudleys all time rank

With the Dudleys going in the HOF, where do they rank on the all time list for tag teams? Not WWE, all time. To me they’re tricky because they didn’t draw money like the LOD but they were much better workers getting countless 4-star matches with E&C, Hardys, LAX, etc. They accumulated tag title reigns wherever they went, had longevity like no others, and even had singles success; albeit in TNA. They were a huge part of the biggest boom in pro-wrestling from 97-02 and arguably can be seen as the biggest team of that era.
So are they #1, top 5, top 10, or what. Who would you rank over them?
As noted, they’re a tricky one. I wouldn’t call them particularly influential or particularly great workers, but they could be carried to great matches by great workers. They were never really booked on top at any point as a team, and the one time they tried it (in the nonsense with Undertaker and the cement and stuff in 2004) it was a horrible bomb.
No way they’re top 5. I’ve got Midnight Express, Rock N Roll Express, Road Warriors, Tully & Arn, Demolition, Hart Foundation, British Bulldogs and a bunch of others instantly above them just off the top of my head, but I’d say it’s not unreasonable to put them somewhere near the bottom of the top 10 just based on longevity and sheer scope of the titles they’ve won in their career as a team.
