Wrestlers communicating in different languages

Hi Scott,
It's always baffled me when wrestlers who can't speak English, Japanese, Spanish, etc can create a match with another wrestler. How do those who speak different languages put together a match? Can you shed some light?
Normally guys can speak enough English to make it possible for foreigners to follow along, or the ref can pass moves, or guys just know instinctively what to do. It's not a big problem that I've ever heard about.
