I may rate Shane/Vince at Mania X-7 a bit too highly, but I don’t think this is an overly controversial list
I dunno…that Rodman match was HORRIBLE. Rodman was completely wasted and Hogan was having to carry the entire match himself. It did a big buyrate but it was a total disaster in the ring. I’d put HHH v. Shawn at #1 myself going by your criteria.
