Broken Broken Matt Hardy

Hey Scott,

So the Hardyz come out to the WWE theme. Jeff is Jeff’d out in normal WWE attire while Matt is semi-pretending to be broken with his white streak and open mouth. The entire crowd is chanting "delete," while the announcers ignore everything and scream, "Wow, it’s the Hardyz!"

Question: If this whole thing confused? Does it matter? I know there’s a legal issue with Broken but wouldn’t that entail mannerisms and whatnot? How can they be half-pregnant on this? Either Matt is "Broken" or he isn’t. Isn’t their present presentation hurting all involved?

I’m not a legal speaking guy, but I’m pretty sure the courts won’t be trying a half-broken Matt unless something really egregious goes down on TV. Even then I can’t see Anthem winning a legal slapfight with WWE if they decided to push it.
