Question around WrestleMania 8

In the Special Report with Lord Alfred Hayes, during the announcement of the Hulk Hogan vs Sid Justice match for WrestleMania 8, "Our Lordship" greatly implied that Jack Tunney was looking towards making a special guest referee for their match.
