Christian in TNA

On the latest Stone Cold Podcast, AJ started talking about the little things that started to make TNA feel bigger and bigger as they went on in the early days.

He lists particular events, and one stuck out: Christian joining up. The next event he lists in Angle’s premiere. Now, at that point Angle has established himself as a legit main eventer in WWF/E. Was Christian joining TNA something that actually significantly moved the needle anywhere near what Angle did? Did he draw money as a top guy in TNA?

​No one did, really. I always got the feeling that Christian was more there for the easy money and light travel schedule, and once he had done whatever he wanted to accomplish (like winning the World title) then he was content to go back to the WWF again.
