Cody Rhodes to Sign Merchandise Deal with the WWE?

Cody had recent talks with the WWE with regards to signing a deal similar to a Legends Deal where the company can release merchandise and other items with Cody’s likeness. There has been no talk of Cody returning to the WWE as a wrestler.
