​If you’re holding your breath waiting for them to use WCW names again, you’re going to be disappointed. The last new name they came up with was "Fast Lane" (or I guess you could count "Roadblock") so the creative juices aren’t exactly flowing from corporate WWE. It’ll just be a bunch of generic bullshit names like "Battleground" or "Vengeance" or whatever. Which is kind of OK in the sense that booking Hell in a Cell matches in October because it’s time for that particular PPV is always an exercise in futility, so at least with their el generico names they can do whatever they want.
Apparently they DID file a trademark on Clash of Champions, though, so maybe that one will at least get used again.​
