I am amazingly confused here.

Since Brock/UT in HIAC wasn’t their idea of WM-worthy, what was WWE hoping
expecting to do with UT had the world not fallen apart? Rollins? HHH again?

I’m assuming Cena was always the plan if Lesnar wasn’t, but Vince had to change plans SOOOOO many times that who can really know?
