Who Created the Latest Roman Reigns Storyline?

Vince McMahon was the one who came up with the idea of having Sheamus cash-in his MiTB title shot at Survivor Series and for Reigns to win the title on the 12/15 edition of RAW. The idea was that Sheamus’ short title reign would help Reigns get over more as a babyface.
