Blackballed by McMahon

OK with the yearly possibility of Savage getting into the hall of fame, what other deserving wrestlers (read: not Billy Jack Haynes) have been blackballed and why? I seem to remember hearing something about Bill Eadie/Ax being on McMahon's shit list but i don't know why.
Eadie's been suing them off and on for years now over ownership of the gimmick and he'll probably never get in. I wouldn't count on ever seeing Man Mountain Rock in there, either.
