I know, I hate watching it and you hate reading it, but there’s only 2 episodes left in the Network’s super-random 10 episode drop and we might as well finish it off and be done with it and then I can go back to Mid-South or whatever for my 43 minute review fix. Look at it this way, it could always be WWF All Star Wrestling from 1981 again. DON’T THINK I WOULDN’T DO IT.

Man, we’re halfway through this collection already.
For those in the UK, I encourage you to pick up the first two issues of Inside the Ropes, which features lots of great talent, such as myself! In particular I’m continuing the Monday Night War documentary series exclusively in the magazine, with the DX episode in the first issue and the Bret Hart episode in the second issue. I also just finished writing up the Mick Foley episode today, which will be in the third issue in November.

The SmarK Rant for WWE Velocity – 06.01.02
Taped from wherever Smackdown was that week, apparently Calgary. Of course, this leads me to check if I was actually at that show, but apparently I only did the Edmonton RAW show and skipped the Smackdown tapings in Calgary. However that RAW was pretty notable for having the RVD-Eddie ladder match, which is one of the best matches I’ve seen live and I believe also the first major title change I was in attendance for.

Yes, it’s the WWE Network, where their motto is “We’ll just add whatever random stuff no one asked for, and do it in drops of 10 episodes at a time but leave large gaps in between the episodes and then wonder why no one cares about the classic content”.
Granted it’s not a very catchy motto but it sure is descriptive!
