 Been reading your stuff since you were in kindergarten. My friend and I are two ex indie workers and current comics who have a podcast that is dedicated to the worst moments, gimmicks and PPVs ever. Like the brilliant Wrestlecrap, but we spend more time dissecting them, and in podcast form. We were wondering if we could please get a plug in? Request for sharing our Kickstarter project…

This week the Nose Bleed Seats announced the launch of a Kickstarter project – a documentary on the pro wrestling fan.  I don't believe there's been any prior documentaries on wrestling fans…lots of them on various wrestlers or the sport in general.  We humbly request your help in sharing this project to the masses of fans who may want to be a part of this…

This simply isn't true and as far from the truth as you can get. Wrestling Retribution Project finally revealed…sort of.

So a LONG-ass time after Jeff Katz funded his pet project on Kickstarter and took a bunch of money from people with absolutely nothing shown and no communication to anyone about it, we get a battle royale featuring people who who are now stars in bigger promotions, with different names, plus the usual parade of indy mainstays like Adam Pearce and Colt Cabana and such.  Why Karl Anderson would be slumming it here is beyond me.  
I found the concept interesting when we were first discussing it what feels like years ago, but the thing just looks low-rent and the camera work is horrid.  It just comes across like a male version of GLOW, to be frank.  The name changes wouldn't be so jarring but we KNOW who Colt Cabana is, and we know Chris Hero, and Chris Masters, and slapping silly new names and characters on them is just insulting.  If you take Joe Indy and give him the evil priest gimmick (that was Gangrel, right?) then whatever because it's some guy who can build a new character for himself, but having Chris Hero go out and be Chris Hero but NO, it's Chris Hyde who is a totally different guy…just dumb.

Why would WWE project 100,000 for WM30?

Why would WWE project 100,000 in attendance for WMXXX when the capacity of the stadium in New Orleans is 76,500?
Much like their "100 million" WWE fans in the US or adding up all the showings of all their TV shows to get viewership numbers that beat one show on another network, WWE math is very fluid. Plus no one is going to call them on their bullshit anyway.
