Triple H Promised Bronson Reed “The Right Spot” In WWE

By Craig Ballantyne on 2 September 2025

Bronson Reed has recalled Triple H reassuring him after he suffered an injury at Survivor Series in November.

At Survivor Series 2024, Bronson Reed was part of the WarGames match, joining Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline against Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Sami Zayn. During the match, Reed jumped off the cage and went crashing through a table, splitting his talus bone in half in the process.

The injury left Reed out of action for six months before he returned to join Seth Rollins’ faction, The Vision, in May.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Reed recalled the moment the injury happened.

“I just remember I jumped off the cage and, I’ve jumped off of that height before… and never once did I put my foot down and for some reason, when I jumped off that cage, my instincts kicked in and I put my foot down, and then that’s what broke my talus bone in my foot, which is a terrible injury to have ’cause it’s hard to rehab from. So in the moment, I remember it happening, and I wasn’t even in pain. I think I was in more shock, like, ‘Oh no, what’s this gonna mean?’

Triple H Reassured Bronson Reed Following Survivor Series Injury

After he went to the back, Reed says Triple H tried to reassure him, but when he went to stand up, he couldn’t.

“I stood up and I walked backstage. The doctors didn’t think I had anything broken because I was able to walk.

“But then [Triple H] came and sat with me backstage, and he was trying to reassure me… I went to stand up and I couldn’t stand up.”

While the star was recovering from the injury, he says The Game called him, and assured him that he would be “in the right spot” when he was ready to return.

“He called me himself, and he said, ‘Just worry about rehabbing and getting yourself right again…when you come back here, you’re gonna be in the right spot.”

Since his return, Reed has asserted himself as a dominant force alongside Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker. However, at Clash in Paris, he was unable to defeat Roman Reigns in singles action. Despite the loss, he got the last laugh as Breakker assisted him in putting the Tribal Chief out of action with a devastating post-match assault.
