Orange Cassidy Returns From Injury During AEW Dynamite

Orange Cassidy has made his triumphant return to AEW on last night’s episode of Dynamite.

Orange Cassidy made his return to the ring on last night’s episode of Dynamite as the mystery partner of Mark Briscoe and Hologram to take on the Don Callis Family’s Konosuke Takeshita, Kazuchika Okada, and Hechicero. Cassidy made his entrance by emerging from a portrait of Callis that he had commissioned for that evening, much to the dismay of Callis, and their team went on to win the match against the family.

Following the match, TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher came out to challenge Hologram for a match on next week’s Dynamite in a title vs. streak match, as Hologram is currently undefeated in 37 matches on AEW and ROH after joining the company and having his first match for them in July 2024. Fletcher has held the TNT title since the July 31 episode of Collision, when he defeated Dustin Rhodes in a Chicago Street Fight for the title.

How Long Has Orange Cassidy Been Out Injured?

Orange Cassidy has been out with a torn pectoral injury that he suffered in March after competing in an AEW International Title Eliminator Tournament Match, where he competed against Mike Bailey, Ricochet, and Mark Davis. Mark Briscoe had previously revealed that Cassidy would be returning to team with him and Hologram after his match at All Out against MJF on Saturday.
