AEW’s MVP Says He Has “Zero Respect” For WWE CCO Triple H

AEW star MVP said that he has “zero respect” for Triple H personally and professionally in a recent interview.
The former WWE star was asked about his feelings towards “The Game” on TMZ’s Inside the Ring, after one of the hosts brought up comments he’d made in the past about having no respect for Triple H.
MVP said that he stands by his previous comments, stating:
“I have zero respect for him personally or professionally. And when I tell why, people will be like okay, that makes sense. If I say something about you, I will say it to you, and if you come and ask me about what I said, I’m not going to say I didn’t say it.”
The previous interview that the TMZ hosts were referencing took place in May, when MVP said that his issues with Triple H have nothing to do with race, and that his issues with Triple H are because of personal interactions he had with him and things that he said personally to him.
When Did MVP Leave WWE?
MVP left WWE in August 2024 after his contract expired. He returned to the promotion full-time in 2020, after making sporadic appearances from 2018, and he formed the group known as “The Hurt Business” with Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin.
He now appears for AEW as the manager of “The Hurt Syndicate”, managing Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin again, as well as sporadically wrestling. His most recent appearance was competing at All Out, where he teamed with Lashley and Benjamin to take on Bishop Kaun, Ricochet, and Toa Liona in a losing effort.
