AEW Announces 2nd Blood & Guts Match For Dynamite Special

AEW has confirmed there will be a men’s Blood & Guts match on November 12th.

On November 12th, AEW will descend on the First Horizon Arena in Greensboro, NC, for the fifth annual Blood & Guts edition of Dynamite. The titular bout is similar to WarGames matches, taking place in two rings surrounded by a roofed steel cage. The only way to win is by submission or surrender.

In September, Jamie Hayter issued a challenge for the Triangle of Madness to face her team in the first-ever women’s version of the violent bout. At the time, it was unclear if that would be the only Blood & Guts match at the event. On the October 29th edition of Dynamite, though, it was confirmed that the men will also go to war in the cage.

On the show, Jon Moxley and Kyle O’Reilly fought to a double countout after O’Reilly locked in a guillotine submission outside the ring and refused to let go. After the match was thrown out, The Death Riders came to Moxley’s aid, attacking O’Reilly. The beatdown brought out the rest of The Conglomeration and Darby Allin, who saw off Moxley’s group.

Darby Allin took a microphone and promised he would make Moxley suffer, he then passed the mic to Mark Briscoe, who called out The Death Riders for running away when the odds were even. Orange Cassidy had the last say, begrudgingly announcing that it would be The Conglomeration vs. The Death Riders in a Blood & Guts match. Moxley looked visibly shaken as he led his team out of the arena.
