Good evening doomers and welcome to your Evening Daily News Update for Thursday, May 21st, 2026. As expected, OKC took Game 2 from San Antonio, and while not in as a decisive manner as I expected, it was still a strong performance and any rally the Spurs attempted was quickly snuffed out. Tonight, it’s Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals as Cleveland and James Harden look to redeem themselves as they visit YOUR New York Knicks, who are riding high from being uncursed by Danhausen (Very Nice. Very Knicks).

If you skipped out early, there was an additional hour of AEW content and Niz has the coverage of the Collision portion of the broadcast, and Phred has this week’s episode of WWE Evolve.

TNA Impact Preview:
Booker of the Year Tommy Dreamer looks to continue building momentum for everyone’s favorite Little Engine That Could, as Mike Santana defends the TNA Championship against Steve Maclin. Mustafa Ali will defend the International Title via (sigh) OPEN CHALLENGE against Chazz Hall, Matt Hardy battles Vincent with their respective partners handcuffed to the ring posts, Elayna Black battles Indi Hartwell, Xia Brookside goes one-on-one with Jada Stone, and the show will open with THE SYSTEM.
