Evening Daily News Update: May 12, 2026

Good evening doomers and welcome to your Evening Daily News Update for Tuesday, May 12th, 2026. LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers were shown the door as Oklahoma City continues a dominant path of destruction through the Western Conference Finals, while James Harden and Donovan Mitchell took turns stepping up to even the series with Detroit (with plenty of crybaby behavior about free throws from the losing side). Tonight, we have WWE NXT (preview below) and the continuation of the Minnesota/San Antonio series (how did Wemby NOT get fined for that elbow?!).
