Good evening doomers, and welcome to your Evening Daily News Update for Thursday, May 7th, 2026. It’s a wild card of pro wrestling content tonight, with TNA Impact taking center stage, with WWE Main Event, JCW Lunacy, and ROH Honor Club all streaming as well. Tonight, Detroit hosts Cleveland and the Lakers visit the OKC Thunder as the #1 seeds of each conference look to extend their series leads to 2-0. Last night, the San Antonio Spurs easily handled the Timberwolves to split their series, while YOUR New York Knicks survived a tight game to take a 2-0 lead on the road to Philadelphia for tomorrow night.

There was a special hour of AEW Collision last night following Dynamite, and Niz gives us all the details, and Phred is back with his weekly recap of WWE Evolve.

TNA Impact Preview:
It’s looking like a big night of TNA action, with EC3 battling Eric Young in a No Disqualification Match! Also on the card, Bear Bronson and Brian Myers defend the Tag Titles against Nic Nemeth and K.C. Navarro, Arianna Grace defends her Knockouts Title against Lei Ying Lee (with Xia Brookside banned from ringside), Slater and Moose face off with the Systems’ Eddie Edwards and Cedric Alexander, and we have appearances from Mike Santana and Elayna Black as well.
