Evening Daily News Update: February 16, 2026 – President’s Day Edition

We’ve got WWE Monday Night Raw (preview below), some Winter Olympics action, and a few more days until the NBA season resumes. Speaking of NBA, I was mostly entertained by the weekend festivities, though the Dunk contest needs to either be scrapped or go full circus attraction with insanity since we can’t get stars to participate.

We’re not nearly as flooded with content as a typical Monday would see, with just Jabroniville’s Joshi Spotlight (featuring Saika Takeuchi) and Logan’s World Was Watching the VERY FIRST EPISODE OF THE ACTION ZONE(featuring Bret vs. Owen for the WWF Title).

WWE Monday Night Raw Preview for February 16th, 2026:
We’ve got more qualifying matches to fill the Elimination Chamber! Dominik, Gunther and Je’Von Evans battle it out for the men, Asuka, Bayley, and Nattie for the Women, as well as appearances from A.J. Lee, CM Punk and Liv Morgan.
