Evening Daily News Update: February 6, 2026

Good evening, doomers! It’s your TGIF Evening Daily News Update. We’ve got the Super Bowl on Sunday, and I’d put my money on Seattle, but never say never about New England, even if they had a soft regular season schedule and an easier path through the playoffs. Tonight, we’ve got WWE Friday Night Smackdown (preview down below), and for you NBA fans, we got a big one tonight as our Double-Feature opens with YOUR New York Knicks taking on the Detroit Pistons, victims of an embarrassing loss last night to the G League Wizards.

We’ve got a lot of content for a Friday, including Scott’s coverage of last night’s TNA Impact. Phrederic has All Japan’s World’s Strongest Tag Determination League from December 7, 2025, Mike brings us ECW TV from October 25th, 1997, Logan’s World Was Watchingthe October 15th, 1994 episode of WWF Superstars, and I’ve got the latest episode of JCW Lunacy. It was a fun episode of silly shenanigans.
