Buff Bagwell Says He Is Planning To Test His Ability To Wrestle Again
Buff Bagwell says he is open to wrestling again, but only if he feels he can perform at a high enough level. Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Bagwell said he plans to test himself in the ring over the next few months to see what is possible with his prosthetic leg. He added that while he believes he has at least one more match in him, he will not return if the performance “looks ugly” to the audience.
The Rock teases ‘good’ conversations regarding WWE WrestleMania 43 participation
The Rock has teased positive discussions about his potential involvement in WrestleMania 43, which is set to take place in Saudi Arabia in 2027. Speaking in a recent interview, Johnson said conversations surrounding the event are “all good,” while praising the global scale of WrestleMania and the opportunity for WWE talent to compete on that stage. Despite the hints, The Rock has not officially confirmed whether he will appear at the event.
Rusev has been absent from WWE television due to a creative decision rather than injury or release. According to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, WWE is keeping Rusev off Raw and SmackDown so he does not become underutilised, with the idea that his eventual return will feel fresher. Rusev last appeared in November, losing a tournament match to Jey Uso, and has not been featured since.
Becky Lynch Confirms WWE Contract Is Her Last
Becky Lynch has revealed that her current WWE deal will be the final contract of her wrestling career. Speaking on the Netflix series Unreal, Lynch said she views this as her “final run,” admitting she felt burnt out during her 2024 run and needed time away to focus on family. WWE granted her that pause, and the series documents Lynch balancing motherhood with her return to the ring.
