The Detroit Tigers hung on for the Game 1 victory over the Cleveland Guardians thanks to some bone-headed base running with a runner on 3rd with less than 2 outs. As of this writing, the Cubs hold a 2-1 lead over the Padres, and the Yankees/Red Sox will have first pitch shortly after we go live with this update, with the Dodgers/Reds starting a little after 9 ET. Monday Night Football was what we all expected, mostly a waste of time, and the Jets drawing flag after flag with undisciplined play. NXT tonight doesn’t have much advertised ahead of time, but Ava and Santino will pick their teams for INVASION.
