TNA Impact Review – 09.11.25

We stay in Minneapolis for another week of TNA Impact Wrestling. Fun factoid, the first mail order catalog was created in Minneapolis by Richard W. Sears in 1886. I know four people who won’t be mailing it in is Tom Hannifan, Matthew Rewholdt, Gia Miller and McKenzie Miller. General Mills Cereal also got started in Minneapolis. So, you can thank your Lucky Stars that we won’t have any Trix today, just some Impactful Discourse. Shall we? We shall.

We have a silent remembrance for Sept. 11.

Previously on Impact, we get the official announcement of Mike Santana vs. Trick Williams. We see Trick Williams boycott of Minnesota since nothing good is from there. We get the Hardys and Mara Sade vs. The Order Four match and the Nemeths laying everyone out (including Sade) and pose with the belts.

Bracing for Victory Road as Hannifan and Rewholdt greet us. We start with a guarantee hoss fight

Moose vs. AJ Francis

Moose is out with a loud “Moose” chant. Hannifan compliments Francis and Moose as two of the most successful transition from (American) football to wrestling, dropping references to Ernie Ladd, Ron Simmons and Wahoo McDaniel.

BUT HOLD EVERYTHING…BEFORE THE BELL, we hear the theme for Order Four as the Extra Servicemen bring out Mustafa Ali. Ali is smiling and headed to ringside, stopping to shake AJ Francis’ hand. Ali joined Hannifan and Rewholdt at the announce table.

Now, the match starts, we have a quick chant off with Francis’ “Money, Money, Money” vs. “Moose”. The two lock up and Francis backs Moose to the ropes, but moose ducked a clothesline and Moose grabbed a headlock. As shoulderblock is works for Francis but Moose hits a series of forearms and then hits a nice dropkick that dropped Francis to the floor. Moose headed to the announce table where Ali distracted him. That gave Mose a chance to slug Moose and slammed into the apron.

Francis rammed Moose into the apron and basked in the adulation of the crowd (well Ali.) However, Moose reversed an Irish whip on the floor and flung Francis to the ringpost. Back in the ring, Moose grabbed Francis and attempted a suplex three times, each time beckoning the fans for support. Failing that, he landed a series of forearms that dropped Francis to his knees.

However, Francis reversed another suplex attempt to one of his own. Francis choke Moose on the ropes with his leg. Francis also hit a back suplex for one. On commentary, Ali dropped this nugget: “Moose said ‘there’s no leader in the System and they’re all a family.’ Does that make them all cowards? Does that make them sheep? As I am a shepherd who leads Order Four.”

In the ring, Francis grabbed the chinlock with the arm. Whilst the fans chanted for Moose, Ali said what they are actually chanting is “Moo-stafa. They want me, Mustafa Ali, as a leader.” Moose got to his feet and started to slug away at Moose as we slug away at commercials. Moose continued to rally and slug away at Francis whilst in the chinlock. During break, Francis managed to hit a vertical suplex on Moose before resuming the hold. Moose, again, tried to rally; but, Francis ended the rally with a knee to the torso off the ropes, to Ali’s delight.

Moose temporarily regained the momentum by reversing another suplex into one of his own. However, a charge off the ropes was met with a big boot by Francis. Francis also hit a pop up forearm shiver as Moose came off the ropes. Moose went sprawling on the canvas. However, Moose evaded the Tennessee Whiskey and grabbed Francis by the feet and dragged him to the floor, where he threw him into the ringsteps.

Mustafa questioned the origin of the “Moose” chants as Moose wound up for another charge. However, Moose caught him again and hit a pop=up powerbomb on the hardest part of the ring. Francis pushed Moose into the ring and Francis got a two count. Rewholdt regained his old heel announcing by agreeing with Ali and going over what happened with JDC. Meanwhile, Francis set up Moose in the corner and NOW he hit the running Tennessee Whiskey running knee. Francis soaked in the boos and returned to the ring.

Francis pounded on Moose with his fists and boots. Moose rallied by…ummmm..Moose-ing up. Moose had enough and started to pound away on Moose with a series of chops and fists. Francis attempted a chokeslam off the ropes, but Moose escaped and hit a headbutt followed by a reverse bodypress off the top turnbuckle. Moose got fired up as Francis staggered to the corner. Moose charged the corner but Francis moved the referee in the way as he escaped. Moose stopped in time; however, this gave Francis time to recover, hit the ropes and land the TFL for two-and-a-fraction.

Francis motioned to Ali (like checking a watch.) Ali got a Serviceman (who was at his side at the announce table) to run to the other side of the ring and jump on the apron. This distracted the referee as Francis grabbed Moose. Ali hit the ring and tried to hit the bicycle kick but Moose moved and Francis got biked. Francis staggered to the corner as Moose gave chase to Ali, who scurried out of the ring. Moose hit a big boot to drop the Serviceman on the apron. Moose measured up Francis in the corner and hit the Spear for the victory.

Post-Match: Moose and Ali glared at each other. Moose then grabbed a mic. Moose said he was tired of the nonsense and proposed a match for Victory Road – Ali vs. Moose, one on one. Ali walked back up the ramp threatening the fans and Moose.

Meanwhile, We go backstage with Miller who walks into frame as System members Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards watched the match (and the proper and comfortable watching angle.) Myers and Edwards will be in the main event tonight against the Nemeths. Edwards said Moose vs. Ali is the first step in Order Four getting what they deserve. Tonight, Edwards said the System will handle the Nemeths as they always have – go in their and whip their heinies.
Myers referenced Agent Zero injuring JDC but JDC is on the road to recovery and when the System is in full force, they will be a big problem. We finish with Alicia Edwards calmly asking Miller if she wants to know something: the System is the backbone of the TNA. It doesn’t matter if it is Order Four or the Nemeths, you can always trust the System as they all head off frame.

Hannifan ran down the card tonight with the Eric Young vs. Joe Hendry match next. However, What is next is hype for the Naked Gun remake and a Victory Road package. We also get a vignette with all three Rascalz (Zachary Wentz, Trey Miguel and Myron Reed.) It is similar to what they have been doing in the last couple of weeks, with the canned sit-com laugh track. This time it is Trey Miguel with a low-slung hoodie doing the opening bars of Eminem’s “Without Me.” All three start to spastic dance and everyone is yelling about Miguel’s back.

Wentz gets the comical fired up promo about all three Rascalz against Jake Something for a shot at the X-Division title. Jake may be something, but we aren’t nothing, if we put our heads together, one of them will be X-Division champion. Smoke ensues and hilarity ensues – sort of. We get a hackneyed Abbott an Costello variation on Something’s name as the three start to rattle off their credentials for winning. The punchline being that whoever it is, they’ll leave Slater crying in the car as Wentz said “smoke them if you got them.” He does that wave thing he does and smoke ensues.

Going from ridiculous to sublime, we get the next match

Joe Hendry vs. Eric Young (with the Northern Armory in tow)…..sort of

Hendry benefits by not having to rescue Hank and Tank as he heads down the ramp to the ring to a huge ovation. The usual handwaving ensues with the crowd as Hannifan runs down the history of Young and Hendry. Meanwhile, Hendry STRUCK THE POSE!!!! Now, everything goes dark but we get Young heading down to ringside with a mic and wants McKenzie Mitchell (and the fans)) to shut her (and their) mouth. Young said this is Hendry’s last chance and he is going to learn the hard way. Young said Hendry’s greatest contribution to wrestling. This is the end of the line and people are not going to believe anymore but believe in him.

This was a ruse as Travis Williams of the NA snuck up behind him and attacked Hendry. Wiliams slugged away at Hendry and ducked two clotheslines off the ropes. However, Hendry recovered and hit a flying forearm on Williams’ third try. Hannifan said the match was changed at the last moment to Hendry vs. Williams. Meanwhile, Hendry hit a looong, standing vertical suplex.

Hendry continued to keep the crowd enthused, Young jumped on the apron and distracted Hendry. This gave Judas Icarus time to grab his foot. Hendry fought them off as the referee had enough of the Armory and booted Young and Icarus back to the locker room.

While the crowd broke out Steam’s “Na, Na Hey, Hey, Goodbye” chant, Williams had time to recover and hit the Bryan Danielson running knee strike for two-and-a-fraction. Williams continued to pound away at Hendry and stalked Hendry on the mat. He then hit a handspring clothesline off the ropes to Hendry for a two count. Hendry grabbed a sleeper variation but Hendry snapmared Williams to break the hold. He then chopped away at Williams on the ropes. Williams attempted a tornado DDT off the ropes but Hendry stopped him and hit another vertical suplex.

The end was near as Hendry hit the fallaway slam and then STRUCK THE POSE AGAIN!!! Williams hit the ropes for another handspring clothesline but Hendry caught him and put him on his shoulders and hit the Attitude Adjustment. Hendry then grabbed Wiliams, hit the Standing Ovation and got the win.

Post-Match: Hendry high-tailed it out of there as Young and Icarus returned to ringside. Young stormed around the ring as Icarus tended to Williams. Young started to bad mouth the Armory and started to physically abuse Williams. He set up Willams for a piledriver but Icarus stopped him. Young badmouthed Icarus and demanded that Icarus do the deed. Williams begged him to not do it but Icarus got him in the piledriver position. Young continued to yell at Icarus. Icarus looked to the crowd at let go of Williams.

Young slugged away on Icarus and then hit the piledriver on Williams and then Icarus. Hannifan said Young just cleansed the Northern Armory as Young piledrove the Armory one more time. Young posed in the ring and then jawed at some fans.

We go to a highlight package form last week as Matt Cardona fought Frankie Kazarian. We saw Ryan Nemeth interfere and distract Cardona and gave Kazarian time to hit the Fade to Black for the win.

We go to an interview with Cardona who complimented Nemeth because Cardona was not ready for what happened, despite it being on his merchandise and, well, just about everything of his. But how could he ready for such a delusional idiot like him. No one likes him – the Hardys, the System and now, Cardona. He dared Ryan to stick his nose into his business again.

Next, we get the X-Division title match opportunity match – and some ads.

When we return, we get…Victoria Crawford in the Impact Zone. She is doing a “Mentor You” podcast just for the fans and wanted to introduce her first guest – Gia Miller. Miller seemed confused but her way from the announce table to the ramp as a “Gia” chant emerged, with Crawford’s help.

This is unexpected but thanked Crawford. Crawford asked how does Miller feel keeping someone at home, alone, without a job and money. Miller was not sure what she was referencing. Crawford reminded her it is her friend, Tessa Blanchard. Miller said she had no one to blame but herself.

Crawford said that Miller so cute and that is the problem. She is guilty of smiling, looking cute and being underdressed on her show. Miller said she doesn’t have time for this. Blanchard attacked her – someone not an active competitor – and what did Crawford think was going to happen? Crawford asked the fans what they thought would happen? Crawford expected some forgiveness, maybe some sorry and an apology. Miller reiterated she had no time for this and if Miller remembered correctly, Crawford was part of the attack and maybe it is time for Crawford to get what is coming to her.
Crawford said she is fine and has everything she needs. Crawford said Miller got Blanchard suspended and Miller could have gone to Marella to apologize and had her suspension lifted. “She is one of the most important parts of the show,” Crawford said.

Once again, Miller said it was not her fault, but rather it was Tessa’s – and Victoria’s – fault. This brought out Jody Threat to ensure nothing bad happened to Miller. Crawford said Miller is fine and needed the first edition of Mentor You. It will be here every week -potato heads. Miller and Threat calm down and head backstage. We head to an “A-Game” hydration ad.

NOW, we get the next match

Jake Something vs. Zachary Wentz, Myron Reed and Trey Miguel

X-Division champion Leon Slater joined the announcers for commentary. He is excited for the match. They take time to pose with fans as the day glo is flowing. Rascalz plan strategy as Something beckons one of them to do, well, something. The Rascalz head to the floor and stalk Something around the ring. Something tried to attack Wentz on the apron but Wentz backflipped to the ring. Reed got on the apron and Something charged him but missed a shoulderblock as Reed hit his leg drop on the apron.

Wentz tried to brawl with Something but was pushed to the ropes. Miguel struck Something which gave Wentz and Miguel and opportunity to hit a series of kicks. Reed entered the ring and did a leaping double stomp on Something’s back. Something recovered and asked for the Rascalz to attack; the Rascalz obliged with a triple superkick and a triple seated dropkick.

Something got to his feet and went on the attack with a series of forearms that dropped Wentz and Miguel. Reed attacked and tried for a hurincanrana which was neutralized in a nice spot by Something. Something picked up Reed but Miguel came in the ring and hit a hurincanrana. Wentz hit a leaping hurincanrana from the second turnbuckle.

Something went to the floor. All three Rascalz dove – one at a time – between he ropes and hit a flying shoulderblock on Something. Then all three hit the ropes and simultaneously hit a flying shoulderblock on Something (file Wentz’ dive under “didn’t get all of it.”)

With Something on the floor, the Rascalz decided to go after each other. Wentz hit a sunset flip on Miguel as he tried to roll up….Reed (mind out of the gutters.) Reed came back with a crucifix pin on Wentz for two. Wentz and Miguel set Reed up with an inverted atomic drop and then the Motor City Machine Guns spot with a kick to the leg and chancery lock and then a seated dropkick. This time, though, Miguel hit the dropkick on Wentz.

Reed tried for a superkick which Miguel blocked. The two traded kick evasions which ended with Reed enziguri on Miguel and then a draping DDT on the top rope. Wentz came back in the ring and we had another salvo of evasions until Wentz caught a charging Reed with a Kangaroo kick in the corner and then a Twisting Sky Press for two.

Miguel and Wentz squared off and Miguel got the best of it with a series of punches, a foot stomp and a dropkick. While this was happening, Something gradually made his way back onto the apron and slugged the charging Rascalz again with a series of forearms and a shoulderblock on Miguel. Something hit the ropes and levelled Miguel and Reed with a series of shoulderblocks. He also clocked Reed with a clothesline and a Miguel handspring back elbow smash was swatted away by Something.

The crowd started to rally behind Something as he stopped a Wentz hurincanrana and flung Wentz into Reed and Miguel. Something got a two count on Miguel and Wentz. Something got the Ultimate Warrior rope shake and then deadlifted Reed onto his shoulders into a drop torture rack for two before Reed and Wentz broke the pin.

All four men were on the mat and started to slowly get to their feet. Something dropped Wentz and Reed with forearms and then slung Miguel to the corner. Something hit a clothesline in the corner and draped Miguel on the turnbuckle. However, Miguel escaped and grabbed Something in a powerbomb position. We had a triple powerbomb and all three Rascalz dropped Something.

All four men were, again, on the mat. The Rascalz got to their knees and slugged away at each other. Miguel blocked a Wentz’s superkick into one of his own. He also caught Reed with a Rolling J sling blade variation. Something recovered and got to his feet. Miguel charged Something but was sent Into the Void for two-and-a-fraction before Wentz broke the pin.

Wentz hit the handspring jumping knee off the ropes and then hit the UFO cutter for two before Miguel grabbed Wentz and pulled him to the floor. Miguel jumped into the ring and tried to pin Something but Wentz pulled him to the floor. Meanwhile, Reed ascended to the top turnbuckle and hit a 450 Splash for the victory.

Post-Match: Reed gave a shrug to Wentz and Miguel as all three hugged each other, but Miguel seemed reluctant and gestured toward Wentz. Meanwhile, Reed and Slater stared each other down and jawed at each other. Cooler heads prevailed and all three Rascalz raised their hands and we head to..

The Bioflex Injury Report

Mara Sade is out after bruising from both Agent Zero and the Nemeths and will not return during this taping cycle. Indi Hartwell and Jody Threat suffered bruising after Dani Luna attacked them last week. They are cleared but under observation. And, of the attack earlier tonight, Icarus and Williams are injured with undisclosed injuries.

We get another Victory Road hype package and then head backstage as Something ripped the tape from his wrists and runs into Kazarian. Kazarian taunted Jake by calling him “Jake the Jobber.” Something does not take too kindly to that and nonverbally threatens Kazarian. Kazarian is here to offer some advice. Something is wrestling like brute strength is the answer but it isn’t. Kazarian became the “king of TNA” by building his kingdom brick by brick. He makes an offer to Something, does Something want to be part of history? He wants to help Something by teaching him, he has all the tools but with him, he’ll have the keys. “Do you really want to be….Something? Think about it.” Kazarian left and Something seemed perplexed.

Jessie McKay vs. Heather…..by Elegance

Rewholdt accused the Iinspiration of being bullies and Hannifan asked what they said to make him cry. The Iinspirations STRUCK THEIR POSES and did their “your aunt at a wedding reception” dancing. However, that is cut short by the Personal Concierge who had something to say (Hannifan hoped he would have fallen into one of the lakes in Minnesota.) Since the Minnesota Twins can’t win a baseball game to save their lives (checks the standings – no lies detected, so far.) The Personal Concierge is going to do us a favor and bring out an actual winner we can cheer. Since, this town is full of losers. So, please welcome one-half of the Knockouts Tag Team Champions – the beautiful and lovely Heather….by Elegance.

Heather wasted no time and attacked McKay at the bell with a series of stomps. Hannifan brought up the fact that in two days, the By Elegance Brand will be longest reigning Knockouts Tag Champions (note: Women only, the team of Eric Young and ODB held it for 400-plus days. Yeeesshhh.) Meanwhile, Heather blew kisses to the crowd and hit a seated dropkick for two. Heather hit the chinlock.

McKay had to fight out of it and did so by getting to her feet and running Heather into the turnbuckles. McKay snapmared Heather and hit a big boot and a series of clotheslines. McKay whipped Heather into the turnbuckles and hit a meteora. Rewholdt, meanwhile, took up for all the “nasty things” Hannifan “said” about the Brand and the Personal Concierge. Heather fell victim to a knee smash by McKay for a two count.

McKay tried to put Heather on her shoulders but Heather escaped but walked into a back elbow. The two traded running forearm smashes in the ropes. McKay got the momentum back with a big boot to a charging Heather for a two count. McKay put Heather on the turnbuckles and attempted a superplex. Heather blocked and managed to head butt her to the mat. Heather got to the apron and ducked a McKay clothesline and hit a neck snap on the ropes (with a hair pull for extra damage.)

Heather got to the second turnbuckle but a moonsault hit nothing but knees. McKay got back into action and set Heather up for the Press Release (Gory Bomb variation.) This brought the Personal Concierge to the apron to distract the referee. Whilst that was happening, M got on the apron and Heather pushed McKay into a forearm shiver. This gave Heather a chance to roll up McKay for the victory (M put Heather’s legs on the ropes for extra leverage.)

Post-Match: Lee went to check on McKay and had their backs to Heather and M. This gave the By Elegance Brand a chance to attack Lee but a double backdrop attempt was thwarted by Lee who slugged both members of the Brand.

This brings out Santino Marella who said he doesn’t like what he just saw. He had enough. He scheduled a match between Lee and M…Right Now. Despite the screams of M, Lee jumped into action and chased M around the ring, shoving Heather and the Personal Concierge in the process. M ran around the ring and into McKay. M beat a hasty retreat up the rampway with the Iinspiration on her heels. They did catch M and the bell rang. Lee threw M to the ropes but was met with a back kick. M hit the ropes and flung Lee to the mat by her hair. M beat on Lee with a series of knee drops and boots.

M made the mistake of pointing at her forehead to indicate how smart she is. That cost her as a charge to the corner was met with a boot by Lee. Rewholdt and Hannifan were in top form as Rewholdt inadvertently called M “Maggie.” M tried to regain the momentum by kicking Lee’s leg and having her stuck on the turnbuckles as she hit her running big boot to the jaw for two.

M continued to beat on Lee with a series of boots and knees. She continued to pound away in the corner on Lee as Hannifan thought the Personal Masseuse was better than the Personal Concierge and if that could lead to getting rid of him. M basked in the boos and picked Lee up for a vertical suplex for two. M continued to beat on Lee and taunt McKay, who was on the floor. M continued to beat on Lee and took turns badmouthing both Iinspirationers.

Lee attempted to rally with a series of punches and forearms but a whip to the ropes was reversed and Lee ran into another big boot by M. M slammed Lee’s head to the mat and then hit the arm stretch with M’s knee to the back of Lee. Lee eventually rallied and hit a jawjacker to change momentum. Lee slugged away at M and caught a charging M with a big boot of her own.

Another charge was met with a series of clotheslines by Lee. M tried a clothesline of her own but Lee ducked and hit a spinning back kick with it. Lee was fired up and continued to slug M and hit a series of boots on M in the corner. She snapmared M out of the corner and hit a running Yakuza kick and a Codebreaker for two-and-a-fraction.

Lee charged M but M grabbed Lee and ran her throat first into the ropes. She feigned an injury which drew the referee’s attention and that gave Heather time to get on the apron and hit a seated dropkick. This brought McKay from the other side and across the ring. McKay dropkicked Heather to the floor. McKay heard Rewholdt criticizing her and told him to shut his mouth. Hannifan was grateful for that.
Meanwhile, M climbed to the top turnbuckle to hit her moonsault. However, Lee recovered, grabbed M from the turnbuckle and hit a German suplex. Lee grabbed M and hit the Iinspiral (twisting vertical suplex) for the victory.

Post Match: Rewholdt said the match doesn’t count and tried to do the math to prove it. The Iinspiration basked in the adulation and thanked fans as more “wedding reception aunt” dancing ensues.

We go to a highlight package of a new YouTube show called Immersed. We start the package with Steve Maclin talking about being the first International Champion for TNA. We get a look at Francis who said it was a big deal he felt for a long time he never got the respect he deserved (Michael Cole, looking at you.) He said there are a lot of people in this locker room that no one gave an excrement about until they wrestled him. Young has been here for so long that this is personal to him and doesn’t know if it could be more personal to him. Maclin gives 150 percent every time he wrestles, that’s his goal.

We continue with focus on Maclin as he said as a Marine, “holding the line” is not just a phrase but a matter of life and death. It means standing shoulder-to-shoulder with someone and regardless of how heavy the fire is or what is coming, nothing gets through. Twenty years later, nothing changed. He defended the International Title in a dog collar match with Young, in matches with Something, Warner and Cardona. He is the one holds the line.

If Kazarian wants to throw insults at his military career, that’s fine, because his opinion doesn’t matter to him. He wanted to make one thing clear – he is the present and the future of TNA wrestling. Kazarian can walk around as the self-appointed “king of TNA” but deep down, Kazarian knows that time is running out. They are going to call him “King Nothing,” meanwhile, Maclin will be the same ole’ jarhead.

After a break, we go backstage and see Marella on his phone until the Personal Concierge, as well as Heather and M, coming running into frame. The Concierge asked if he saw what happened? He is worried about Masha Slamovich challenging Ash by Elegance for the Knockouts Title. PC said that stipulations were needed. Marella agreed and made the match at Victory Road “no disqualifications.” PC protested as Heather an M were aghast. PC said Ash does not wrestle “no disqualification” matches, which Marella disputed. PC said those matches were “By Elegance” rules and were completely different. So, the match is now “No Disqualification….by Elegance.”

PC again protested and more aghast looks abounded. A special referee is needed given the imminent chaos. Marella agreed and saw Indi Hartwell wandering into frame and Marella asked if she would like to ref the match. Hartwell agreed and promised the Concierge that she would call the match right down the line. PC protested yet again, saying Hartwell had the look of bias. Marella continued to pile on the PC’s dismays as he booked the By Elegance Brand to defend the titles against the Iinspiratoin at Victory Road. And to add insult to injury, on Impact next week, it will be the entire By Elegance Brand vs Slamovich and the Iinspiration. M and Heather had to cover PC’s mouth and drag him off shot.

We get a quick NXT recap with highlights of the DIY/Trick Willams confrontation with Carmelo Hayes joining his partner for the first time in a couple of years. We go back to ringside and Mike Santana heads trough the crowd until a hooded person sneaks up behind him and attacked Santana.

Yup, Trick Williams attacked Santana in the stands. He ran Santana into and over the barricades. Williams continued to attack Williams as Hannifan and Rewholdt are incensed that Williams would not fight Santana like a man. Security had to intervene and separate the two. Santana and Williams continued to jaw at each other as security escorted Santana up the rampway.

We get a preview of next week featuring the Dani Luna vs. Indi Hartwell and the return of Kazarian’s “King’s Speech” segment.

Main Event: The Nemeths vs. The System (with Alicia Edwards in tow)

Ryan and Nick head to the ring first and cocky heel strutting ensued. The System head to the ring next and get a good pop. Hannifan and Rewholdt cover the change of attitude and face turn the System had in the last few weeks. Myers and Nick start. Both combatants tried to for the better position but Nick managed to roll up Myers for a quick two count.

Both combatants trade armlocks but Nick got a eyerake to break the hold and a dropkick to drop Myers. Nick also got a shoulderblock off the ropes as gyrating ensued but Myers came back with ahigh hiptoss and a dropkick of his own to send Nick to the mat. Myers ran Nick into the corner and tagged Edwards, who chopped away at Nick.

Myers tagged back in the match. They both flung Nick into the turnbuckles as Edwards landed a running chop to Nick and then threw Nick to a flying knee smash of Myers. They also hit a double kick on Ryan and hit him with a huge double hiptoss. They then double clotheslined Nick – and then Ryan – out of the ring. Myers rammed Nick’s head into the apron twice and then threw Nick back into the ring. Myers got back in the ring and dropped a knee on Nick.

Myers tagged Edwards and the tandem hit a double back elbow as Edwards chopped Ryan from the apron to the floor. Nick complained to anyone would listen as Edwards continued to beat on Nick, cumulating with running Nick’s head into Myers’ elevated boot. Myers tagged back into the match but a jawbreaker by Nick stopped the momentum momentarily.

Ryan was tagged but was met with an Edwards back elbow. Myers whipped Ryan into the turnbuckle hard. Myers worked the arm and then tagged Edwards. An eyerake stopped Edwards’ momentum as Ryan tagged Nick. Nick stated to slug away on Edwards and then accosted Myers. While the referee separated the two, Ryan got in an eyerake in the corner.

Edwards reversed a whip into the turnbuckles but Nick evaded a charging Edwards and Edwards went shoulder first into the ring post (almost obliterating the camera man in the process.) Alicia went to check on him but Ryan attacked him on the floor. Ryan threw him back into the ring and tagged Nick. Nick headbutted Edwards in the corner and tagged Ryan.

Ryan attacked Edwards in the corner. Edwards tried to rally and reversed a standing neckbreaker into a hard chop and tagged Myers. Myers came in a house of fire and unloaded on Nick. Myers kept the attack going by hitting a flying forearm. He then landed a side and doubled over Ryan, which put him in a great position for a leaping DDT. Myers got ready in the corner for the Roster Cut but Nick tried to attack him from the apron.

Myers saw Nick and dropped him to the floor with a forearm. However, Ryan recovered and neck snapped Myers on the ring ropes. Ryan hit his own leaping DDT and tagged Nick. Nick went to the top turnbuckle and hit a flying elbow for two before Edwards could break up the pin. Ryan was tagged and the two beat on Myers with a series of headbutts, kicks and punches. He locked the chinlock; however, Myers got to his feet and elbowed Ryan. Ryan shoved Myers to his corner but Myers dropped Nick and then got a hold of Ryan and crotched him on the top rope.

Both combatants were down as they hope crawled to their corners and made the tags. Edwards dropped Nick with a series of chops and clothesline and threw him into the ropes and hit a pop up face first slam to the mat. He dropped Nick with a chop and then attacked a charging Ryan with an inverted atomic drop and then an overhead suplex. Edwards hit a clothesline on Nick in the corner and then put him on the top turnbuckle. Edwards hit a hurincanrana from the top for two-and-a-fraction. A small “Trust the System” chant emerged.

Nick hit a quick kick to the knee and hit the ropes but Edwards evaded the Danger Zone and got a quick roll up. Nick escaped and tried for a sunset flip but Edwards sat down on it for two but Nick reversed that into a package for two. Nick hit the ropes and hit a Famouser for two-and-a-fraction.

Nick and Edwards charged at each other but decided to take out the other’s partners. Edwards blocked a superkick but landed a double thrust. Another Danger Zone attempt was blocked on the ropes as Edwards flung Nick off him. Both men charged and collided into each other in an odd spot. Edwards threw Nick into the ropes and hit a Blue Thunder Bomb for two-and-a-fraction as Ryan thwarted the pin.

This brought Myers into the fight again as he threw Ryan into the ropes. A running clothesline had both combatants go over the ropes and to the floor. Meanwhile, Edwards measured Nick for the Boston Knee Party until he looked to the rampway and saw Order Four standing there waving at him. Ali sent the Great Hands to attack but Edwards speared both of them through the ropes and to the floor. Edwards tried to get back in the ring but Ryan grabbed his leg. Myers, though, speared Ryan on the floor as Edwards got into the ring. However, Nick recovered enough to hit another superkick as Edwards got into the ring. NOW, Nick hit the Danger Zone and got the victory.

Post Match: Ryan got on the mic and said they are involving their rematch clause against the Hardys for the Tag Team Titles. This brought the Hrdys from backstage as the referees tried to stop the Hardys and let cooler heads prevail. The Nemeths mocked the Hardys dance but the Hardys made it into the ring. The Nemeths beat a hasty retreat and up the rampway as we go off air.

Impactful Ruminations:

One: The Victoria Crawford and the Rascalz interview segments were horrible. They really brought down the first hour. Those could have been removed and the show would not miss a beat. The Maclin interview was really good as they warm him into the top echelon of faces in the future. And, the Personal Concierge is always golden on the mic. His burying the team into worse and worse matches was hilarious.

Two: So, if this plays out as I think in my head, it is going to be Blanchard and Crawford vs. Miller and Threat? That is not something I care to see. Aside from Blanchard’s skill in the ring, there is nothing about the match that is appealing to me.

Three: The action was great and carried the show. The Moose vs. Francis match was a perfectly acceptable hoss fight. Horrible interview aside, the Rascalz put on a great flip-a-dip-dip spotacular. We’ll talk about Something in a moment. The tag match was good. I liked the Heather vs. McKay match but was really impressed with the Cassie Lee vs. M match. I heard people talk about how good M is in the ring and she really got a chance to show it. I was always a Lee fan, so I am not surprised by how good she did (also, don’t tell Meltzer.)

Four: I am a huge Jake Something fan and his style is a nice homage to the retro brawlers of the 1970’s and 1980’s. I am not super crazy about getting him under Kazarian’s tutelage but if it helps push him, fine, I guess. He did a great job shoving the Rascalz around in their match.

Five: We talked about the Northern Armory a bit over the weekend; I guess, we’ll see how they do not being saddled with Eric Young’s cleansing action. I actually liked that there was dissention for a bit but would like to have seen more of it over the last few weeks. It would not make the angle seem like it was forgotten for a while and then quickly remembered.

Six: I was not a fan of the bait and switch and this probably means that Hendry rides off into the sunrise of Florida and WWE with Young being his last rivalry here.

Seven: Here’s hoping you find someone that loves you as much as Rewholdt loves the By Elegance Brand. Hannifan and his broadcasting during the match was pure comedy.

Eight: No gratuitous violence against women – always a positive. It beats seeing someone get their areolas and their vagina stapled.

Nine: Since we managed to find Tessa Blanchard; let’s get Rich Swann’s face on that milk carton. You might want to craft one for Home Town Man
