Evening Daily News Update

Good evening, Doomers. It’s Monday and you know what that means! We’ve got Monday Night Raw with a special start time to accommodate taping for Friday Night Smackdown (July 4th broadcast, so a show that you can expect them to punt on). We have the fallout from Night of Champions to look forward to, as well as the New Day defending the Tag Team Titles against the Judgment Day. Sheamus takes on Rusev, Sami Zayn and Penta face Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, and we have a special announcement teased for WWE Evolution.

We’ve got plenty of content to check out today. Rock Star Gary gives us his weekly recap of World Class (currently in February of 1988), Jabroniville has more Joshi Spotlight, and Scisco’s What the World Was Watching brings us into March of 1994.

Maria and Mike Bennett Expecting
ROH wrestler Mike Bennett and wife Maria Kanellis-Bennett recently announced they are expecting their third child. Mike recently returned to ROH TV while Maria has been out of the wrestling picture since her AEW contract expired last Fall.

Saraya Waiting For The Call
Former WWE and AEW Superstar Saraya a.k.a. Paige says she hasn’t had conversations with WWE despite online rumors suggesting so. As we’ve seen over the years, wrestlers and athletes denying conversations with front offices are always accurate until the news breaks several days later that those conversations did, indeed, take place.
