Evening Daily News Update

Good evening, Doomers. It’s Tuesday and you know what that means… it’s NXT, and tonight we’ve got TNA Champion Trick Williams taking on Josh Briggs, Tony D’Angelo meets Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo for the relinquished NXT Heritage Cup, and we’ver got a Four-Corner battle between Lash Legend, Izzi Dame, Jaida Parker, and Jordynne Grace to determine the challenger for the NXT Women’s Championship at Evolution 2.

Tuesdays are quiet days for our content contributors, which means more focus on Kat’s review for last night’s Monday Night Raw. We also have a breakdown on the complete history of WWE’s Night of Champions PLE. I’ve watched probably half of the shows over the years and remember so little of any of them. I guess when the (original) concept is EVERY MATCH IS A TITLE MATCH, it’s easy for everything to bleed together, especially when some shows had some really weird, thrown-together matches for the sake of filling the show.

You might find this hard to believe, but John Cena loves wrestling more than acting. You know it’s a Tuesday with bombshells like that (is it appropriate to use the term bombshells considering the political nightmare we’re experiencing at the moment?).

If only he saw the writing on the wall back in 2021 (or was it 2022?). Oh well, mistakes happen, that’s why they put erasers on pencils. I am looking forward to Maga Rhodes putting a new spin on JBL’s “My America” character of 2004.
