I agree that Flair in 88 really doesn’t work in WWF then. Not with how it was structured. But if he came in 98 after he had the blow up with Eric. He would have been the perfect corporate champion vs Austin. Saves us from multiple Austin vs UT/Kane matches. Plus then he can double cross the Rock and groom HHH.
Agreed. Meltzer has talked before about how he was talking to Flair in 98 and basically advised him to get out of his WCW contract and go to the WWF, but I guess back in 1998 Flair didn't have his crystal ball and couldn't see how big the WWF was about to blow up.
