Wrestlers overseas

Hey Scott:
I've always heard that Hulk Hogan matches overseas have been better than when he is on the mainland. Who are some other wrestlers that you know who had good matches elsewhere and not so much in the States? Thanks
Scott Norton and Masa Chono to name a couple off the top of my head. Also I have a theory that Honky Tonk Man was a five star best bout machine in Japan for many years under a mask but got hooked on doing Elvis karaoke after too many sake benders and redid his whole gimmick for the US audience.
