Cheesiness

Am I now so old that I’m wrong to yearn for the cheesiness of old wrestling PPVs and shows? The Beach Blast rant got me thinking of old sets with picnic tables and PPV names that rhymed with violence like “Fall Brawl” etc.; as much as people of my age bow down to the Attitude Era, I think wrestling lost a little something it never got back when everything had to be edgy and evil with events like “Armageddon” or “Judgement Day.”

And RIP Sid. Everyone should wear flip-flops while threatening other wrestlers.
