Magnum TA in WWF

If the accident hadn’t happened, do you think Magnum TA eventually goes to WWF & how well would he have done there?
I think he’d be Barry Windham, relic of the previous generation who cashed in with a goofy gimmick and then goes back to WCW to finish out his career. I don’t see him having a big run without the big muscles that Vince wanted in 1990.
