Scott,

What are your thoughts on today’s announcers?

For the most part I think they’re pretty solid apart from Tony Schiavone and Pat McAfee.

I can really do without those two.

Cole and Excalibur have both gotten much better over the years and even Tom Hanifan on Impact is pretty solid.

Do you think Jesse should come back to announcing now that he’s in good graces with WWE?

I generally don't find a lot of problems with the announcers in the post-Vince world, to be honest. Vince screaming in people's ear created a lot of the most annoying aspects about commentary on WWE shows and Michael Cole being allowed to do his own thing makes him sound like a norman human being. Pat McAfee is a goof but he doesn't actively make me want to turn down the sound or anything. Really Jim Ross is about the only one who I could with not having on TV anymore at this point, for his own good.
