Hogan vs. Piper in WCW

Is underrated. Yep. I said it. Revisionist history would tell the world it was a failure. Which is fucking absude. 1. All three ppv boughts with the two men delivered good buyrates. 2. ANYTIME the two locked up in WCW from 96 – 99 it got anywhere from good to INCREDIBLE crowd responses. And it had a natural built in story. I know you hate it because you hate everything nWo. And im sure tongue man Meltzer hated it because they weren't doing quadruple moonsault sprinboard canadian pileburners in mid air. But for the rest of us who lived through it live and actually LIKED WCW it was awesome.
So my question isn't to you because I know how you feel. My question is everyone else, anyone else feel Hogan vs. Piper in WCW was UNDERRATED if anything? i for one LOVED the reverse role of Hogan as Heel and Piper as face.
Who was saying it was a failure? They did huge ratings and buyrates. No one is arguing against that.
