Biggest Miss and All Time Factions

Got a two parter here but keeping it short!

-Who would you say is the biggest miss that WWE just either dropped the ball on or just didn't understand enough to capitalize on? Someone who has actually drawn money outside of WWE and proven WWE wrong on. I personally don't count people like Swerve and Toni because while they have gotten over, AEWs business has never been worse. My choices would be Ricky Steamboat (got close but it all fell apart when he asked for a few weeks off after the Macho match), Christian Cage, and Omega who they had in their system but let get away. You could make an argument for Samoa Joe and Mox as well.

-Do you think Seth has a point that the Sheild is the greater faction of all time? Not only did they have great success together and I think force the business to evolve, but they also all went on to have amazing success with solo careers as well. Obviously many will say the 4 horsemen, maybe original NWO, bu considering the shield produced 3 of the biggest stars since Cena, Rock, and Austin, I don't know how it’s
not them. But I am willing to concede there are groups before them than you could make a good case for. Another one I might say is DX, the original version with HBK, HHH, and Chyna.
1. I think there’s a strong case for Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage being the answer, in that WWF gave up on them in 1993 and they both went on to draw millions of dollars in WCW.
2. nWo as a faction outdraws anyone in the Shield and still sells shirts to this day. You could maybe make an argument that Roman is a match for their drawing power but that’s him as a single and nothing to do with the Shield.
Also I’m impressed that this was “short” by Fatness standards.
