Since Styles lost to Cody at Clash at the Castle, I don't see where he fits in with the WWE landscape right now. Cody has beaten him twice and made him say “I Quit”, so that feud (and AJ being in the World Title picture) is essentially over.
Now that WWE has a relationship with TNA, could they move Styles back to TNA for a farewell tour of the organization that he headlined for years?
Styles could say something to the effect of he was “damaged by his losses to Cody, and he needs to return to where he started to find himself”, or something similar.
Might work.
Considering their big concession to TNA for the PPV was a low level NXT woman, I don’t see them sending AJ Styles anytime soon.
